1. Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Processing Duration: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your GluNEO Pet products arrive safely and promptly:

3. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
International Shipping: International Shipping is not offered at this time.

4. Shipping Costs
- GluNEO Pet Starter Kit: Free shipping on all purchases.
- GluNEO Pet Refill Kit:
- Free shipping with a subscription.
- $5.99 shipping fee for one-time purchases.
During checkout, you will see the exact shipping charges before finalizing your purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or directly via the carrier's tracking system.

7. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. For other carriers, a physical address is required.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times and additional shipping charges.
- Hazardous Materials: Our Pet Glucose Monitoring Kits are packaged in compliance with all shipping regulations and are not considered hazardous materials.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, contact our Customer Support team, and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a refund/replacement.
